I love when I see a new ban Homestucks at conventions trend roll around. I wonder what kind of moronic people could’ve thought up such a crock of shit idea. Do they really believe stopping people cosplaying Homestuck will stop a few people in this fandom’s dumb behaviour? Firstly I’m pretty sure they don’t just put on their antisocial behaviour hats as soon as they don a Homestuck cosplay, secondly it’s nowhere near the whole fandom. In conclusion, if you ban Homestuck cosplays you wont stop morons at conventions, you’ll just have them dressed differently.

Let me know if this is too offensive, but, you know, since it’s a legitimate term for people with brain damage, among other things; would the ship name “Mental R4Dtardation” for Latula<3Mituna be out of the question? I know a lot of people have opinions on this and the use of the word, so I’m curious if people legit think this is too far.
The thing is, when I think up puns I don’t think about the outcome, or peoples’ reactions, I just look to make impressive wordplay. : /
